picture uoloading problem

Hi!
I have a problem with upload a picture.
If I go in Upload a pictures for my user account in my matchmaking script. The page shows " Your photo has to be at least 100 by 100 pixels.
But this same script working fine on my previous hoster(byet.com).

Why ?..
How resolve it ?
